P90X/Insanity/Brazil Butt Lift Hybrid!

My wife has been by my side through 2 rounds of P90X and is just about to finish a round Turbo Fire! She is doing awesome! But she is wanting to take it to the brink so we have designed a hybrid workout to do just that! It is a combination of P90X/Insanity/Brazil Butt Lift and if you want to kick the tar out of your body, I DARE YOU to give it a go! It will give you the upper and lower body of your dreams while blasting your cardiovascular system into shape.

      I may do it myself at some point! My wife complains I don’t have much of a backside so it may help pump things up back there! LOL
